Overview
RECEPTIONIST needed, of night shifts at high standards hotel
Job specific tasks:
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for all Guests, including check-in and check-out
- Ensure a positive outcome for any guest queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure that the Manager and other relevant team members are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
- Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
- Follow company Brand Standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Office within a hotel
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Excellent grooming standards
