RECEPTIONIST needed, of night shifts at high standards hotel

Job specific tasks:

  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for all Guests, including check-in and check-out
  • Ensure a positive outcome for any guest queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure that the Manager and other relevant team members are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
  • Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
  • Follow company Brand Standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Office within a hotel
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
  • Excellent grooming standards
