Overview

We are currently looking for a Receptionist who will be reporting directly to the Guest Relations Manager.

The selected candidate shall ensure that all customers are assisted in an impeccable and professional manner at all times whilst maintaining high standards of service by recognising the value and potential of every guest at the hotel.

The candidate will be mainly responsible to:

  • Welcome all guests and maintain the guest relations desk in accordance with management specifications.
  • Carry out ushering and door-keeping duties as required and attend to all reasonable needs of guests on both arrival and departure.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally and redirect calls as required.
  • Ensure all required information is correctly inputted in the hotel’s system.
  • Be dressed according to company standards in order to portray a professional image at all times.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous proven experience in reception.
  • Have a good command of English both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
  • Have a high level of integrity.
  • Be flexible to work during weekends, public holidays as well as working night shifts.
