Overview
We are looking for a Dishwasher to provide support in the day to day cleaning of busy kitchen area.
Responsibilities:
- Wash crockery and utensils
- Daily cleaning of kitchen and pot wash areas
- Deep cleaning of kitchen and bar’s equipment
- Keep stores areas neat and tidy at all times
- Keep refrigeration and freezers organised and keep record of temperatures
- Report any faulty equipment to Supervisor
- Report any Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
- Contribute to stock taking as required
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
